Common questions

What does early access mean?

The platform is in daily use at a San Francisco facility and we are opening it to other venues a few at a time, so onboarding gets real attention. The prices on this page are the early access rates, and the rate you start on is the rate you keep for as long as you stay on that plan.

Can I see PaddleOS before subscribing?

Yes. Tap a demo account on this page and the sign-in form fills itself. Book, check in, and open the manager view from your phone.

What does switching from our current system involve?

We import your members, passes, memberships, and recurring schedule during onboarding at no charge. Most venues run their first real session on PaddleOS within two weeks.

Do members have to download anything?

No. The member app runs in the browser and installs to the home screen. Branded iOS and Android apps belong to Momentum, which is not available.

What happens when we outgrow our court count?

Advance includes up to 4 courts. Momentum covers 4 to 32 courts, but is not available. Contact us to discuss your venue before adding courts.
